Need help with QR Direct? Start here.
No QR images are found. Make sure QR Direct can access your photos (Full Access works best). If you allowed only some photos, choose more in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, then pull down on the home screen to rescan. You can also raise the image limit in the app under Settings → Photo scan settings.
The number of photos scanned looks too low. The free version scans your most recent 2,000 photos. Pro raises the limit to 10,000 or more.
How do I keep a QR code at the top? Open the code and tap the heart. Favorites appear first, and you can open them automatically at launch in Settings.
How do I add the widget? Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for QR Direct, and add the medium widget.
How do I restore my purchase? Go to Settings → Get Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro.
Does QR Direct upload my photos? No. All recognition happens on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
